Importing posterous blog to wordpress site but in different blog page

    I have installed a wordpress site and have already used the blog page. Now I need to import the content of posterous blog but in a different blog. How can I do that?? Do I have to make another wodpress installation in a folder in same domain?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
