Importing posts from another site.

  I would like to import the posts I have previously written on Tumblr TO my new wordpress blog, and resume on this site, which seems more appropriate for my blogging style. Is there a way to do this without retyping all of these previous posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. You need to get an XML export file of your Tumblr content so you can import it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

  How about the other way, exporting WP files to Tumblr and Pinterest?

  Exactly the reverse. On the Tools page you can create an export file.
