  The content you were trying to upload is considered to be against our Terms of Service. As very clearly stated on your site and wordpress.com dahsboard, you must contact the TOS-team by following the link to the mentioned Support Document at http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/.

  I don’t see any failed imports on either of the sites in your account.

  On what site are you trying to import, and where did you get the file you’re importing? Are you seeing any error message when you try to upload the file, or does it just fail?
