Add topic to favorites
In my blog I have a problem with the importing , it says that they are gonna fix the file in 24 hours but it’s been a month or so right now ,

could someone help me with this ?

Could you describe your importing problem a bit more please? What were you trying to do and where did you run into problems?

I was trying to import a WordPress export file (xml file) from my old WordPress blog
but because the other admin import some files before it won’t work and it been more than a month
this is how the page look like :

Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?

If yes, what is the URL?

How large is the XML export file?

Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

Hi @bobbybi9596, I’ve cleared your import for you. Can you remove any unmoderated and spam comments, and then try making your export once more?
