importing processing takes over 24 hours

  So I am trying to import a WordPress website into this website but it still showing that its being process and its taking over 24 hours.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The URL will be very helpful, provided the site you exported from is still online.

  Where are you importing from?
  Is that site still online?
  What size is the XML file, please?

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck.
  If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

  To two test websites I created:
  https://smqwebsite.wordpress.com/

  AND

  https://smqplayground.wordpress.com/
