Importing strings and their deploying

  Hi,
  I imported strings from Czech .org version many weeks ago and I noticed today that they were not deployed yet.
  I read that deploying is based on number of approved strings, but I thought that there were several hundreds changes.
  Is there any difference between counting manually approved and imported strings?
  Or it is the same process and there are not so many strings to deploy them to public?
  WordPress 3.1 is coming and there will be also several hundreds changes, so I would like to know if I import them then they will be deployed or not…

  Czech has 1407 strings pending validation (and 11 warnings). There have ben some deploys that I remember, but if you imported over pending strings they’ll need to be validated first.

  Yes, I know, we will import 3.1 org version first and then approving remaining strings.
  But several months there was no deploying even if there are several hundreds imported strings which are new or overwrite waiting strings.
  And during import were pending strings overwrite, I guess.
  Look at the string “Choose from the most used tags” for example.
  Now there is only current and old status. But not visible on live sites. And the same are several hundreds strings…
  Maybe imported strings which override pending strings are not counted to your limits for deploying?

  OK, several approved, several added.

  What do you mean by “unstuck”?

  We will import .org version, so there will be also around 300 newly translated strings and I would like to know if it will be deployed or system will not notice imported strings…

  Status this minute is 1407 pending approval, 11 Warnings, 11 Pending deploy.

  OK, but what about these several hundreds imported strings? They are not pending, they are current, but they are not visible (= not deployed)?

  Look at the string “Choose from the most used tags” for example. Its status is current, but when writing/editing post, this string is still in English. And this string is set current for several months… Strange… Could you please redeploy all strings to start from the scratch?

  And another problem – I approved not only 11 strings, but more, I guess…
  My status is 1376 waiting and 11 warnings?
