Importing Stuck, 13 days

Made an inquiry on this about three days ago, but no response. My blog started importing after five days, but stopped at around 40 posts (there are just over 2000). It has been stuck since last Saturday. The blog is still connected to Tumblr. It has not been reset.

You got answered in your previous threads. Please do not start duplicate threads; you have already started 4 threads about the same problem.

No, nothing was answered about the stalling question in the previous threads because it’s only been asked after twice (and once on a thread I did not start). I’ve been waiting 16 days after being told at least three times to keep checking in after 24 hours AND TO REPORT WHEN IT DID NOT WORK. The last mod who looked at a post did not respond when she asked us to follow up and that’s been now around 4 or 5 days ago.
This is a widespread problem and it looks hit and miss for a lot of accounts. If we don’t keep up with what is going on and check in after no response, a lot of people are going to fall off the radar and nothing will get done for a very long time. A lot of people are already requesting to have their accounts canceled. I’d like to avoid that.
