Importing Subscribers
-
Hi there,
I’ve been trying to import my subscribers all week to my Jetpack and it seems to have stalled out. I tried to upload a CSV file and since then, it hasn’t let me add anyone else. I have tried adding the individual emails rather than a CSV file, but nothing seems to be working anymore.
The last time I was able to add anyone was two days ago and that was through the individual add subscribers to a maximum of six.
Does anyone know the fix?

Hi,
I’ve checked it, and the site stephaniecooke.ca is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
You can learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and self-hosted or WordPress.org sites here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
Your site is hosted with Dreamhost. You need to contact them to get assistance with this site.
If you are interested in moving your site to WordPress.com, we would be better able to assist you with issues such as this one in the future. You can learn more about moving to WordPress.com here.

Sorry, I don’t know why it posted my website up. I use Jetpack to manage my subscribers list and it won’t allow me to add additional subscribers at this point. It’s completely stalled out and won’t add more, no matter the method I try.
I don’t see how that’s a Dreamhost issue as opposed to WordPress? If Jetpack can’t support the subscribers that I need to add, I’ll just have to move my newsletter elsewhere or find a different way to get people the updates.

Hi,
There could be an issue or plugin conflict with the site at Dreamhost, preventing subscribers from working.
In any case, you can contact Jetpack support here: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
Hope this helps!
