Importing subscribers

I tried to add 5 subscribers, but my email told me,

Hello –
I would try sending out the subscriber emails 1 at a time to see which email is causing the problem.
For clarification, the problem is happening on sahlaali.wordpress.com or a different site?

This problem is happening at this site. But I believe it may be because they are already subscribed. But I can’t see them in my subscribers.
I know that I’m not able to see many subscribers because my mother subscribed to my blog, and she receives the emails but I can’t see her email in the subscriber list.
I believe there are also other subscribers that I can’t see. -

To clarify, if the email address you have added is a match for an account on our end (using the same email address) then that person is added as a Follower here: https://wordpress.com/people/followers/sahlaali.wordpress.com
They only folks you see listed as “email followers” are those that do not have an account with us. Possibly the folks you are referring to may have WordPress.com accounts of their own and are found in the list above?

My mother does not have a WordPress account. She’s an email subscriber and I know that she is subscribed because she receives all the emails. But I just can’t see her email address in my subscribers. I’m pretty sure that I also can’t see some other email subscribers also, because I’m not able to add them when I try to.

If you download the CSV file (the option is found on the page listing your email followers) do you see their email addresses listed there at all? You are also welcome to share a few email addresses in your response here (our forums software hides the email so only staff can see it) and we are happy to look into those.

I tried to add, (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) but wasn’t able to add them. So I think they’re already subscribed, just their email addresses doesn’t show up in the subscribers list.
Also my mother’s email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff) doesn’t show up, even though I know she’s subscribed and she receives the emails. I just want to know why I’m not able to see some of my subscribers and how can it be fixed. -

I looked up each email address and this is the status of each:
– (email visible only to moderators and staff) was first invited on 2022-06-07; at some point, they’ve chosen to block all emails from WordPress.com so they’ve likely never received the invite. Also, since they’ve already been invited but didn’t accept the invite, you can’t invite them again.
– (email visible only to moderators and staff) is currently not pending nor is a subscriber. Our logs only show the current subscription status for an email address, so we can’t say whether or not they received the invite. They may have received it, accepted it, then unsubscribed which would fit with what we show in our logs at the moment.
– (email visible only to moderators and staff) is currently not pending nor a subscriber. They’ve also blocked emails from WordPress.com.
Also my mother’s email address doesn’t show up, even though I know she’s subscribed and she receives the emails
There is a WordPress.com user account tied to that email address:
