Importing Subscribers from Previous Non-WordPress.com Site

  Is there a way to import subscribers from my previous website (a non-wordpress.com site). I don’t want to ask them to subscribe again but want to do it for them if possible.

  If the site is a wordpress.ORG software install equipped with the Jetpack plugin the answer is yes. If not then the answer is no.

  Note: if you are referring to w wordpress.ORG software install then install and activate the Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.me first. Then follow this step by step guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site

  It’s from a wix.com account, so just to make sure I understand::)there’s no way for me to import subscribers? I just have to ask them to subscribe again to this new wordpress.com account?

  Yes, unfortunately that’s the case because the Wix site will not have the Jetpack plugin installed and that’s what’s needed to migrate subscribers.
