Importing subscribers from WP.com to WP.org

  How can I import my email subscribers from ebougis.wordpress.com to ebougis.com (the latter is my new WordPress.org site)? I have been reading so much lately, I probably saw it but glazed over it. Sorry for a redundant question, all help is appreciated!
