Importing Taking Over 24 Hours

  Hi,

  A fellow admin started an import over 24 hours ago that has not yet finished and does not seem to be working overall. I am following the instructions on the dashboard to contact support if 24 hours go by and the import does not finish. It would be ideal if the current import could just be cancel and I could start a new one once this one is no longer processing. Thanks for your help.
