Importing the file I've exported

  I want to import the content of one blog into another blog. I have the Export part complete and the e-mail giving the link to the content. I’ve downloaded the link given, but the Import on my other blog keeps saying Error—not a WXR file.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Actually, the files I need help with are swallowinthewind.wordpress.com which I am trying to move to christinecomposes.com.
