Importing theme

  Hi – I purchased a theme on Envato. I would like to upload this theme to wordpress but I am being funnelled to a Business Plan. Am I to understand that I need to spend $33/month to have access to a theme I already purchased?

  Hi localselfstoragesarnia,

  Custom themes like the one you have purchased from Envato can only be installed on WordPress.com sites using the Business plan (the same applies to custom plugins).

  You still own the copy of the theme and can use it on a WordPress.org site without a Business plan, but a plan is required on WordPress.com.
