Importing to WordPress

    I have a website content I wish to import into WordPress. The website was created in squarespace and I have it in my desktop as an XML file. I am logged into wordpress and under tools dont have the option I need to import. Thought it was perhaps because Im using firefox but using safari is worse, it doesnt have in the command bar the ‘tools’ option. I appreciate your help!

    I was able to download the content into WordPress. However, none of the pictures were transferred, nor the additional content I had in SquareSpace, only the blog section transferred. I had also a tab for workshops, another home page with my personal story, a gallery tab etc. Any feedback is welcome.
