Importing to WordPress – 3rd attempt for help

I am trying to import a previously-self-hosted blog into a WordPress.com account. When I attempted the import (back in November-December, I think), I got a screen that says:‘Processing…
We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’
That screen is still there today.
This is my third attempt to get this issue resolved, but have never gotten a response here.
What do I need to do? What do you guys need to do? Won’t someone please think of the children?
