Importing tumblr

  I’m getting the ‘You can only have one import running at a time’ error but i’m not importing anything? I tried using ‘clear account information’ and disconnecting/reconnecting it but it keeps giving me this error :/

  If it takes more than 24 hours for the import to complete, please revert to this thread and let us know.

  Regardless, I’ve gone ahead and tagged this thread for Staff assistance in case they need to clear our the current import.

  Hi there,

  I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
