Importing tumblr blog

  Hi Support,
  I’m currently trying to import my Tumblr blog, however, I keep getting the message that I can’t run two importers at once, even though I’m only trying to run one.
  Any help?

  Due to the changes at tumblr there is currently heavy traffic at the WordPress.com importer so please be patient as staff work through the backlog.

  Hi there,

  I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

  Hi –

  This import is still in line but looks like it’s getting ready to start based on the status I see. Please reconnect the Tumblr blog to WordPress.com so that the import will be successful.

  Once it starts, it should finish with in 24 hours.

  If I reset the status you’ll get moved to the end of the line so best to sit tight and wait it out
