Importing tumblr issues

  I’m trying to import my tumblr blog onto wordpress. Everything sets up fine and it start to import but has just gotten “stuck” now. It’s not bringing all my posts over and is stuck on like 3,347 posts out of almost 40,000. Do I have too many posts to bring over from tumblr? Is there a cut off limit? What can I do?

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. Sometimes export files are so large Staff has to import them for us. I tagged this thread with modlook for Staff help. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  Hi there! Apologies for the delay. I’ve reset the importer for you. Please start your upload again. We won’t import any posts we already imported, so you’re safe to do a full import. :)
