Importing Typepad blog seems to be stuck. I can’t start over.

    I’ve been trying to import my late mom’s Typepad blog for a few days. I see about 5% of her blog is imported, despite the progress saying it’s at zero. I can’t cancel and start over. Help!!! Typepad shuts down tomorrow and I worry that the import won’t be able to grab the images in time.

    I tried the “let us know” link and it sent me to the forum.
