Importing Website from Developer

Hi,
I have paid a developer on Freelancer to create a WordPress site. The site has been complete, and the developer sent a .ZIP file for me to migrate onto my WordPress account. When I tried to upload the .ZIP, it says the file is too large. I tried downloading the Migration plug-in but it requires a business plan. Is there any other way to do it?
Furthermore, I originally created my WordPress account, a year ago, to start a photography business. I registered my domain as Lenscraft.com. However, I never ended up finalizing the website. However, the domain is still linked to my account. I have now purchased a new domain InaiteInsurance.com for the website I wish to import. My old domain is still showing as the primary domain and I cannot delete it, or change the primary to my new address.
Please help!

I have 2 cases.
1. I want to upgrade my singcat.wordpress.com with Personal package using my own domain and I will set dns by my self.
2. I want to use website design who have developed by a web designer and want to be hosted in wordpress.com, is it possible to be implemented?Regards.
