Importing Weebly Blog Design to WordPress?

  I have a weebly blog at constructionlawviewpoint.com hosted by GoDaddy and a separate website ringlelaw.com hosted by GoDaddy. I would like to import weebly blog design into WordPress and then try to make the blog a subdomain of the main website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not possible. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install any third party themes. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/ The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are those found here > Appearance > Themes and there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that.
