Importing Wix Blog

    Hi,

    I am trying to import my Wix Blog to my WordPress sit but there is no option to import RSS in my Import Tools section.

    I’ve imported my Wix site, but unfortunately the blog section has not come over and that is the most important part.

    Please advise on how I can proceed.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there, sorry we lost sight of your posting. Migrating from Wix is not always as straightforward as we would hope, primarily because Wix themselves do not offer an official export process. You can confirm on their support page for exports, which does not actually contain instructions for exporting. :(

    That is to say that our importer is does it’s best to reverse-engineer an export of content, but we are not always able to import all contents from your previous site. I did see that you have a few posts here, did they will in after a while? It can be the case that the import can take some time to grab what it is able to. https://wordpress.com/posts/

    Should there be more posts there which did not make it over when you imported? Is your Wix site still online and accessible if you try to re-import?
