How can I import a word document into a WordPress post
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s a bad idea, but it can be done. Word is not web-compatible, so it often puts invisible tags in and the more you use Word, the worse it gets until BAM! Something goes horribly wrong with the blog and you have no way to fix it.
But on the Advanced toolbar in the Visual Editor there is a Paste From Word button. Just use that. Before you do it, though, go to Settings->Writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML” and save. Then paste in the Word doc using the Paste from Word button.

Everyone should do this, even if you never paste from Word, sort of a just in case something happens during the editing process
