Importing wordpress blog to domain name

  Hi all, I have just set up a new blog here at wordpress. I would like the blog to be imported onto our own domain name. I have a hosting package with 123-reg. I can export the wordpress xml file and I have uploaded all of the wordpress download to our domain name using filezilla – but I can’t work out where to upload the xml file to

  Have I do this wrong?? Any help much appreciated
