Importing WordPress Themes

I just started creating a new blog (for a restaurant). I bought the “themeforest-6106949-california-restaurant-hotel-shop-wordpress-theme” theme but Im not doing very well to import it… At the blog painel I’m using the – Tools / Import / Import from WordPress. Then, it says that I have to upload a .XML file, which came wit them ZIP theme file. But, after the process, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

I’m afraid you’ve gotten caught up in one of the differences between self-hosted sites using WordPress.ORG software and sites hosted here on WordPress.COM. If this is the url for your new site (http://restaurantepapacapim.wordpress.com/) it’s hosted on WordPress.COM and the only themes you can use for it are found here: http://theme.wordpress.com/.
If you want to stay on WordPress.com you should let the people at ThemeForest know what happened and they should refund your purchase (I promise you will not be the first person to return a theme for this reason.)
The other option is to move to a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. Here’s a little info about the difference between the two options:
