importing xml

  hi, last week imported an xml (source: WP). I checked several times; the upload has been running over a week. Somethings wrong. Can you delete the upload?

  Howdy harritys!
  Sometimes there are issues importing, can you just stop it and start over again? Also, what is the file size you are trying to upload? More 15 MB? Can you update us?
  By chance, if it is more than 15 MB you can, you can then divide it into small files using this information Export by Content export it content wise, then try to import each file.

  what sort of response is this? you’re no where near responding to what I asked. Did you see me mention large files in my issue? Please, folks , if you have no experience with my issue, PLEASE…. don’t reply.

  Hi again!
  Apologies for the wrong assumption, it was just a suggestion, we have seen such cases, which take a long while to upload as the files are very large, so was just trying to check that.
  Did you try to stop that, and try to upload it again?
  Does the issue come again? IF so let me know, I can tag the staff to assist you further. They can reset and you can try it again.

  @harritys Come on my friend, what sort of reply is this? Someone’s trying to understand your issue and help you out and this is how you reply? People spend their free time & help others out in the forum not to get bashed like this.
