Importing XML from one blog to another

  Have had this problem once before, and I can’t remember how it was resolved:

  I’m trying to import an xml file from one of my wordpress.com blogs to another; each time I click ‘Import’ I seem to be sent straight away to a message saying “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done …”. ie I’m not getting the interim stage where you get to select the file.

  Can anyone help me with this, or is it one for Customer Support?
