Importing XML from WordPress 2.0.5 site

  I have created an XML file from my other wordpress 2.0.5 site and have tried to import into WordPress.com several times and keep getting the following error message:

  The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

  I am using the WordPress importer. What should I do?

  You might want to check with support as I’m not sure you can go directly from 2.0.5 to WordPress.com. WordPress.com is basically running on 2.6-ish, and there have been a lot of database changes since 2.0.x.
