Imposible to cancel domains

  Hello!
  I have two domains registered in WordPress.com, serumoreaque.com and serumoreaque.in.

  I have tried to delete the site (and the domains) in order to cancel all the payments.

  When I try to remove the website says I have a few “Pemium upgrades” and I should delete previously. I go to “My upgrades” but there appears to have no outstanding item.

  What can I do?

  You are most likely having trouble canceling the upgrades because they are under an account different than the one you are contacting us from. If you log into the account associated with the domain subscriptions and verify ownership, I’d be happy to assist you in proceeding with the cancelation.
