Impossibile to change the website tag

  Hello I tried to update my website tag but it doesn’t work. Using Internet explorer, it enables me to add a letter at a time, then I have to save and add another letter and so on…. But it’s a full sentence, isn’t there a quicker way?

  With Mozilla instead, no way, nothing happens… I changed the theme but no difference. I cleared the cache, the same…. What can it be?

  Hi there, are you rerferring to your tagline?

  If so, could you copy-paste the web address (URL) you see in your browser’s address bar when you’re on the page where you’re adding the tagline?

  Have you tried going to Settings > General and adding it there?

  Thanks for your answer, there was a problem with the theme custom editor yesterday actually…. after a few hours it was fixed though, and now everything seems all right! Thanks again for taking care of the issue. regards, anna

  Ah, yes, there was indeed a temporary issue with the Customizer. I’m glad everything is OK now! Thanks for letting me know.
