The database may need to be repaired.’, je clique ensuite sur ‘Repair’ et cela m’affiche le message suivant ‘Allow automatic database repair. To allow use of this page to automatically repair database problems, please add the following line to your wp-config.php file. Once this line is added to your config, reload this page.

    define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true);

Ensuite cela m’affiche ‘Repair and optimaze data base’ et cela m’indique ‘The users table is okay.

    Successfully optimized the users table.

    The usermeta table is okay.

Repairs complete. Please remove the following line from wp-config.php to prevent this page from being used by unauthorized users.

    define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true);’

  • Hi there,

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host webdesign-master.fr on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions. You can learn more about the performance and security benefits of our managed hosting here: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, and we offer a migration plugin that will help you move your site to our managed hosting in just a few clicks.

Unfortunately though, as it stands now, we are not able to help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help.

    Thanks!

To avoid any confusion, it’s important to distinguish between three different versions of “WordPress”:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software that powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org, the open-source project where you can obtain the software for free to use on your chosen hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software, which is the platform you are currently contacting.

As we only help with managed hosted versions of the WordPress software that are our platform, we aren’t able to help you with your site since it’s not on our hosting platform. If you still have trouble with your own hosted version of WordPress, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

    I hope that helps!
