Impossible de me connecter à mon espace admin WordPress

  Bonjour

  Depuis plusieurs jours je suis dans l’incapacité de me connecter à mon espace admin WordPress.
  Lorsque je souhaite me connecter, une page blanche souffre avec noté :

  une erreur critique est survenue sur votre site. Veuillez consulter la boite de réception de l’e-mail d’administration de votre site pour plus d’informations.

  En apprendre plus sur le débogage de WordPress.

  Seulement je n’ai reçu aucun mail pour récupérer mon site ou autre.
  Que faire ?

  Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/

  The login credentials you use on your site are only for your site. If you want to post on the wordpress.org forum you must create an account first.

  @allancampos681, to clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

  You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:

  That said, we’re not able to help with your site as it’s hosted with OVH. Try contacting them directly or post to the community forums that @staartmees linked above.
