Impossible to cancel my domain and upgrade

  Hello,

  I registered for the domain slcentralperk.com on March 2015, and I received some days ago an email with an automatic renewal of €26 for an upgrade (that I never asked for).

  I want to shut down and cancel this domain and upgrade, but when I go to the “Manage Purchase” page on my dashboard and I click on cancel, I have the following message : “This upgrade cannot be cancelled.”

  I’m logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade, but I don’t understant why I can’t cancel this €26 automatic renewal.

  Please can you help me to cancel everything for slcentralperk.com (domain name, upgrade and automatic renewal).
