Impossible to delete my site

  I want to delete my site but it seems impossible. I have purchased upgrade (a theme) and I’m not able to cancel it. So please help me in totally delete the site, thanks.

  I was under the impression that staff had corrected this “glitch”. Obviously not. You’ll need staff intervention. I have added modlook for someone to help you but remember it is the weekend.

  Hi cristianocarotti,

  I’ve removed the Premium Theme — you should be able to delete the site now.

  Come back to me if you have any problems.
