Impossible to delete my worldpress.com account

  Hi,
  My site (https://www.blogdesbourians.fr) was initially hosted by WordPress.com and now it is hosted in Planet Hoster and I access it through WordPress.org.
  My concern is that I want to close my Worldpress.com account and I cannot delete the access to the blog (it seems that it remains connected to Planet Hoster).
  Warning: I do not want to delete the blog on Planet Hoster, I just want to delete the access from WordPress.com and close my account on WordPress.com to keep only WordPress.org access.
  People of French team told me I need to contact a WordPress.com forum administrator for that.
  Could you help me? Thanks a lot!

  Now my blog is properly disconnected thanks !
  But I am still unable to close my account: at the last step, a pop up tells me it is not possible to close my WordPress.com account…

  Could you help me for this very last step?

  You have an Akismet subscription that is still active that is preventing you from closing your account. Please let me know if you want me to close that subscription for you.

  I am not sure :-s
  Do you know if this subscription will remain in my WordPress.org environment (my main goal is to migrate everything to .org and to close WP.com account. If I can keep it in .org then yes you can unsubscribe for me.

  Hey there,

  Great question – there may be a way to disassociate your Akismet subscription from your WordPress.com account so that you can delete your account without it affecting the subscription, but I am unable to assist with that here in the forums.
