Impossible to delete site

  Hi Support,
  I’d like to delete my old website but I can’t. It says I still have a Premium upgrade available. After checking, I bought a template (Blocco) and it seems this template is the culprit but I cannot delete it at all. I have tried activating another (free) template on my website but without success. Additionally, my wordpress blog has a lock icon close to its name. Thank’s for deleting this website.

  If you purchased a Premium theme you’ll need staff intervention to delete it before you can delete your site. I’ve added modlook to the tag box on the right and hopefully in due course staff will be able to help you with this issue.

  I’ve removed the premium theme, blocco and you should be able to proceed with site deletion. Please remember this is a permanent option and we will not be able to restore the site in the future.
