  I bought the update of the premium version last week. Since my bank account has been debited but the update is inaccessible. What can I do?

  Hi @francaisdufutur, I don’t see any purchases under this account. Were you logged in as a different user when you bought the upgrade, and can you log in as that user now?

  I don’t see it on this account. Do you know the name of the site?

  Or, if I were to send an email, could you send the code that appears on the charge? I could try to find it that way. (Don’t post that info publicly though.)
