impossible to log in admin

  Hello, I try to log as admin, but jetpack blocks on the way. I have tried to put my IP dress in the wp-config file but there was no effect. When I’m on my WordPress account I can’t access to many settings, the site saying it can’t retrieve the data properly from my website http://laville.global.
