impossible to log into my wordpress

  Hello,
  I have another account I would like to get back into, but I haven’t used it for the past 3 years.
  My phone number has changed and I cannot access to the 2 steps authentification codes nor the QR code to connect with the google authenticator.

  Please, can you help me to access my other WordPress?

  If you can’t access the 2 steps authentication, you can access your account using the Account Recovery Form. You will be required to provide proof of ownership on this form:

  GraceMa, I also tried this, with no luck:
  – transaction ID: it’s a free website, so I have no receipt
  – activation URL or key: I tried to find it in my emails, but I must have deleted it years ago…
  – two factor authentication codes: I cannot access to it nor the QR code.

  Can you please confirm if you still have access to the email address for that account?

  I notice you have a recovery phone set up on that account, but the phone number is exactly the same as the one you have set up for 2FA, making it useless as a recovery option. Once you’ve regained access, please make sure to update the recovery phone number to a different phone number, so you have a backup option should you not receive codes at the primary number.

  My phone number has changed. It used to be the one ending “174”. But now I use the number ending with “355”. I am not sure if this one has been updated…?
