Impossible to move subscribers from .com to .org self hosted – can anyone help?

I want to move my subscribers from knattser.wordpress.com to itsnoteasybeinggreedy.com which is self hosted. I have followed the “moving your subscribers” guidance but it doesn’t work: each time I press the “migrate” button nothing happens (tried various different browsers and on two different devices). Does anyone know how I can get wordpress or jetpack to do it for me? I have emailed jetpack twice over the weekend and had no response, and have left a forum message on the jetpack forums but no one has been able to help me yet – any advice would be much appreciated. I want to fix this quickly so that I can redirect my old site to the new site. Thank you!

I’m having the same problem here too. When I click on the migrate button nothing happens like it’s a dead link. There should be a confirmation as described in the instructions here:

Sure thing! I transferred your followers from centrethought.wordpress.com to centrethought.com, as requested.
Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
