impossible to pay the mapping

Hi!ca big problem. My mapping are expired for domains that already have, including grossetoparcheggi.com. I go in the domain section, mapping, renews mapping for an existing domain, I insert it, and finally arriving to the payment. Well, paying with my two credit cards perfectly functioning I receive an error message telling me that my bank declined the transaction. I try with my paypal account, nothing! I try through paypal with mycredit card, nothing! help me please! I have a website that is not on line !!!

The error messages I am seeing on those attempted transactions are telling me to have you contact Paypal (our payment processor).
In these situations Paypal can typically sort out the issue or at least explain to you what has gone wrong.
