Impossible to post comments

Add topic to favorites
HELP! It’s been a almost a fortnight since in my blog it isn’t allowed to post comments. Only Internet Explorer users are allowed to do that, but just for short comments. Comments posted by people who use other browers (Firefox, Safari, etc.) do not appear anymore.
Who can help me? Thanks in advance…

Using Firefox 19 I just posted a test comment here http://giacomosalerno.wordpress.com/2013/03/14/a-palazzo-di-giustizia-battute-amare-contro-il-cerchiobottismo-di-napolitano-e-le-manovre-del-pdl/#comment-32595 that was swallowed and did not appear nor did a comment in moderation notice appear for it. I have tagged this thread for Staff assistance.

When I try to access comments I have made, I am directed to the WordPress page, which I am now on. The same with my stats? Plus I have not been able to access my daily, week or monthly results, the wheel just keeps on turning. I have verified that it is not my web connection, because I get the same result wherever I try. I have in fact been experiencing endless problems going from page to page for some time.

Hello timethief, I just posted one more time in http://giacomosalerno.wordpress.com with no result at all, as usual by these “strange” days. The “sickness” started more than two weeks. Many members are upset cause they can’t post anything since than. How can I contact the Staff Assistence? Could you help us, somehow? I’ll tank you, already.

The comments are going straight to your spam queue.

Take a look at your comment blacklist at Settings -> Discussion in your blog’s Dashboard. Among the things entered, you have empty line breaks (which means any comment with a line break is spam) and the letter ‘x’ (which means any comment with an x is spam).

Clean that up, and you should be fine.
