Impossible to reach "happiness engineers."

  I was able to “chat” earlier today and now cannot reach anyone. Here’s my question.

  I have a blog with 175 posts to which I want to import all contents from another site with 22 posts (I think I want to hire wordpress to do the transfer). FIRST though I want to find out how to create an easily accessible table of contents (by title, not by date) that doesn’t run down the side of the page. Can there be a table of contents category at the top of the page along with other categories?

  Know that “I want to import all contents from another site with 22 posts” is vague.
  Which site?
  Which software does that site run on?
  What’s the URL?

  Refer to http://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/ knowing that one means of contact with Staff per issue is what’s recommended. Staff deal with all issues in threads, email tickets and reports in chronological order. Multiple contacts simply moves the date stamps further ahead in time and that means it takes longer to get help.

  Good point about mixing topics. Thanks. So let me stick to one. How can I reach the “Happiness Engineers” again? I do have several blogs with upgrades so I should be eligible?

  Just in case you aren’t aware of this the Guided Transfer is for transferring content out of a WordPress.COM blog into a WordPress.ORG install. It does not work the other way around.

  Thanks again. Actually I want to do a transfer between two wordpress.com blogs. Wouldn’t a ‘guided transfer’ enable photos to be transferred as well?

  There is no means of exporting and importing a Media Library but you can hotlink to image between WordPress.com blogs, provided you do not remove them from the first blog’s Media Library.

  Wouldn’t a ‘guided transfer’ enable photos to be transferred as well?

  I don’t see any option for using the Guided Transfer to move content between WordPress.COM blogs here http://en.support.wordpress.com/guided-transfer/.
