Impossible to retrieve confirmation link for deleting a blog

    Trying to delete a blog.
    Hi,
    I am trying to delete a blog that I know for sure that I am not going to use any longer. I registered the blog some years ago and really haven’t been using it. However the affiliated email was linked to a personal domain which I don’t have any longer, hence the confirmation link that you would send to that email will not work. How to proceed?

    Hi there. If you still have the login information for that account you should be able to change the email address from your account settings. According to the support doc the confirmation link will be sent to the new address so you can make the change: http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/

    If you don’t have access to the account itself anymore you’ll need to fill out the Account Recovery Form to gain access. On that form you can specify a new email at which staff will contact you to help you regain access to the account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
