Impossible to sign out on mobile phone

    Starting today, I can not get to the sign out section on the right side of the screen on my Samsung galaxy s ii t-mobile phone. This just became a problem this morning. The ability to sign out was there yesterday. This is not a problem on my lap top. Any suggestions?

    I am using the browser, which is what I prefer. With the browser, I can not scroll to the right as far as I was able to before yesterday. I did learn today that if I click on “Upgrade to Pro,” I can (in the next screen that comes up) get to the drop down menu that contains the “sign out” option. It is a nuisance to have to go through those extra steps. Can’t you fix that?

  • The Dashboard is not yet designed for use on small screens and touch interfaces.

    We are working on improving this, but it won’t be a quick process. I recommend trying the app for now.

    Thank you. I was trying to sign out from the “stats screen,” NOT the dashboard. The sign out drop down screen on the stats view WAS THERE ON THE SMALL SCREEN a few days ago. But then it disappear? How come? Also, the sign out drop down option IS available on the “upgrade to pro” screen. That is what I am using to sign out. It is a few extra clicks put it works.

    OK. My bad. I just found that some how my mobile web browser got “zoomed in” and that truncated the sign out option, which is on the right edge of the screen. With the zoom now zoomed further out, it is back to the way it was and I am able to sign out as previously. Thanks and sorry about this “wild goose chase.”

    Sorry, but it wasn’t my bad. After I wrote the above post, I was again not able to sign out without going through the “Upgrade to Pro” screen to get to the log out
    drop down menu where “sign out” is located.

    BUT today, things were back to where they were before I opened this support item.

    Don’t know how or why that happened but I can sign out now the way I could before this problem occurred.
