Impossible to transfer a domain altough NOT private registration

    Hello,

    I am trying for 2 months to transfer my domain jardindelalevrette.com to OVH but I still receive an email telling following (for the 3rd time):

    The request to transfer the following domain name(s) to another registrar has been denied. The domain(s) currently has Private Registration:

    jardindelalevrette.com

    If you still want to transfer the domain(s) to another registrar, you must first cancel your Private Registration(s).

    It is not true as I personnally deactivate the transfer locking and I can see it should work. Guys fomr OVH are very patient and I am too but how can I manage to override this automatic error? How can I transfer my domain?…

    Hello there,

    I see that the domain contact verification info hasn’t been verified by email. I’ve resent the email. Also, the privacy setting was just disabled today.

    Please verify the domain contact info with the link in the email you receive, and then you can try the transfer again.
