Impossible to transfer, now domain is even deleted..what’s next?

  • Hi @suzukierika, I’m not sure where the email would be, but since you initiated the transfer five days ago, it should go through any time now. I’d just wait, and if you do see the email about transferring, just avoid clicking cancel. Cheers!

    Hi @supernovia oh so in 5 days it would confirm it automatically? I thought it would deny it but if that’s the case yes, let’s wait and see cause the email is lost :D

    Hi @supernovia I think 5 days passed, but yet it’s saying “Pending”.
    Can maybe @fstat do something about it? How can I receive this email to accept the transfer request?

  • Hi there,

    I can confirm that we see this domain is also pending transfer, which is an automated process that takes place once you share the code with the company you are transferring to, which we call the gaining registrar.

    It usually takes about a week before the domain is actually moved to the new registrar. The exact time varies depending on the gaining registrar, but this processing period starts once your EPP auth code is accepted at the new (gaining) registrar.

    From our end, we can only see when they requested the auth code – I show you requested your last code 5 days ago – but you will need to also check with your new registrar to confirm the date the entered it to start the transfer. The good news is that, based on what I see on this end, everything appears to be proceeding via the automated transfer system at this point, and you should see the domain with your new registrar soon.

    We don’t have any ways to speed things up on our end once the transfer process is started, but when it is complete you will have full control over the domain with your new registrar.
