Hi, I have seen that someone is using my full name and writing stories on wordpress.com. I am happy to provide my ID as proof of who I am. I believe this violates your terms in that this person is pretending to be me. The link is http://nicholasbongiorno64.wordpress.com/ I would appreciate some action on this or if you can advise me on what to do to have it shut down. It also promotes violence and advertises phone numbers. Regards

Hi thanks for the reply, I have used that link and report but no success at this stage. He is definitely not of the same name as me, he is just using pictures of me, friends pictures and my phone number. What sort of time should I wait for wordpress.com to reply to my submission of (report this content) that I have submitted.. Thanks for your assistance also..

It can be a few days before you get a response. If he is using photos to which you own the copyright, also file a DMCA claim to take down the copyrighted images http://automattic.com/dmca/
