Impreza Theme Header Background Image

  Hello. I am working with Impreza and used a template to create my website. My problem is that I don’t know how to change the image in the header background like here:
  http://ayladade.de/blog/
  I want to put a picture in the background instead of the placeholder but I dont know how.
  Can anybody help me?
